At Business Academics, LLC (We Did It), through a direct managerial approach to the five-step strategy-making/implementing process, the goal is for your organization, if possible, to achieve outstanding solutions. How is this done? This is accomplished by assisting your business with a focused strategy and a managerial commitment to pursuing various choices about how to compete. Business Academics, LLC will help you create or modify products and/or services that attract and please customers, develop and deploy resources to build valuable competitive capabilities, evaluate the operational and functional elements (e.g., production, sales and marketing, distribution, finance, human resources, etc.) of the organization, and help achieve the company’s performance targets.


At Business Academics, LLC, the managerial process of crafting and executing a company’s strategy is an ongoing, continuous process consisting of five key integrated stages:


  1. Develop a strategic vision and mission that charts the company’s long-term direction and a mission statement that describes the firm’s business.
  2. Set objectives that measure the organization’s performance and track its progress in the intended long-term direction.
  3. Craft a strategy that advances the firm to management’s envisioned future and achieves its performance objectives.
  4. Implement/execute the chosen strategy – efficiently and effectively.
  5. Evaluate and analyze the external environment and the company’s internal situation and performance to identify, if necessary, corrective adjustments in the company’s long-term direction, objectives, strategy, or approach to strategy execution.
